Estate Foundation
Your family’s estate plan. Done, in 30 days.
The trust, the wills, the powers of attorney, and the one-page map your family would actually reach for — coordinated for you, built on Trust & Will, for one household.

Backed by the Foundation Guarantee: if your documents aren’t signed and your Map isn’t delivered in 30 days, every dollar back.
Be honest
If tonight went wrong, would your family know what to do tomorrow?
Most households are one signature away from order and years away from getting around to it. The documents live in a someday folder. The accounts name the wrong people, or no one. The one person who knows where everything is — is the person the plan is for.
An estate plan is not paperwork for your death. It is instructions for their worst week. Estate Foundation exists so that week comes with a map.
The deliverable your family sees
Every plan ends in one page your family can actually use
Legal documents protect your family in court. The Family Protection Map protects them at the kitchen table — one page that says who, where, and what now.
One page, on the refrigerator door

Built on Trust & Will
The documents come from the platform a million families trust
We don’t draft documents in a back room. Your plan is created on Trust & Will — attorney-designed, specific to your state — and we do everything around it: the decisions, the coordination, the follow-through.

Straight answer
Where our job ends
Estate Foundation is coordination, not counsel. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal or tax advice, and we will never pretend a platform document is the answer to a question that needs an attorney.
Not included: bespoke attorney drafting, tax or Medicaid planning, special-needs trusts, business succession, or contested-family situations. If your household needs any of those, we say so in week one and point you to the right professional — the guarantee below covers that conversation too.
The Foundation Guarantee
Signed documents and your Map in 30 days — or every dollar back.
If we miss the month, or if in week one we determine your situation needs an attorney instead, you pay nothing. No forms, no friction, no fine print beyond this sentence.
Asked and answered
Questions families ask first
Is this legal advice?
No. Good Stewards is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Your documents are created through Trust & Will, whose attorney-designed, state-specific platform prepares them; we coordinate the process end to end and organize the result for your family.
What exactly do we get for $1,999?
Everything in the ledger above, for one household: the living trust, both wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, guardianship nominations, funding and titling coordination, and the Family Protection Map — done with you across 30 days.
We already have a will. Do we still need this?
A will alone usually still means probate, and it says nothing about accounts that pass by beneficiary designation or title. Estate Foundation aligns all three layers — documents, designations, and titling — so they say the same thing.
What if our situation is complicated?
Estate Foundation covers the foundation a typical household needs. If your situation calls for bespoke counsel — a taxable estate, a special-needs trust, business succession — we will tell you plainly and point you to an attorney rather than force a fit.
How much of our time does it take?
Plan on a handful of focused sessions across the 30 days: the intake, the review, and the signing. We do the coordination in between.
What happens after the 30 days?
You keep everything, and for the next 12 months we remind you when a life event should trigger an update, so the plan you made stays the plan you have.
Thirty days from now, this is done.
One household. One month. One page your family will thank you for on the day they need it.
