Welcome to Good Stewards, a platform operated by Good Stewards Holdings Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Platform

Good Stewards is a technology platform that enables users to coordinate investment decisions, participate in group-based financial discussions, and access tools related to portfolio visibility and financial education.


Good Stewards is not:

  • A broker-dealer
  • An investment advisor
  • A custodian of funds or securities

    • 2. Brokerage Services

    Brokerage services on the Platform are provided by third-party brokerage providers.


    By connecting a brokerage account through the Platform:

  • You establish a relationship directly with the applicable brokerage provider
  • You agree to that provider's terms, disclosures, and policies
  • You authorize Good Stewards to access and transmit instructions to your brokerage account on your behalf, subject to your permissions

    • All securities transactions are executed by the applicable brokerage provider, not by Good Stewards.


    Good Stewards does not:

  • Hold customer funds or securities
  • Execute trades on a discretionary basis
  • Provide brokerage services

    • 3. No Investment Advice

    The Platform may provide:

  • Educational materials
  • Data insights
  • AI-generated or automated suggestions

    • These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.


    You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

    4. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws

    • You may not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to access unauthorized systems or accounts
  • Interfere with Platform operations

    • 5. Group & Collaborative Features

    The Platform may allow users to:

  • Form groups or investment clubs
  • Participate in voting or collaborative decision-making

    • All group decisions:

  • Are non-binding unless individually authorized
  • Require user consent before execution through brokerage accounts

    • Good Stewards is not responsible for group decisions, outcomes, or investment performance.

    6. Third-Party Services

    The Platform integrates with third-party services, including:

  • Brokerage providers
  • Identity verification providers
  • Financial data providers

    • Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Stewards is not liable for:

  • Investment losses
  • Trading errors, delays, or failures
  • Actions of third-party providers
  • Decisions made based on Platform content

    • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

    8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Stewards Holdings Inc. from any claims or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your investment decisions
  • Your violation of these Terms

    • 9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

    10. Modifications

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
